Dr. Mansour joins Genesys Hillside Center

Psychiatrist Furhut Mansour has joined the medical team at Genesys Hillside Center for Behavioral Services in Grand Blanc.
Mansour is fellowship-trained in child and adolescent psychiatry through Michigan State University. She was trained to provide highly specialized treatments to children and adolescents with complex and severe mental health challenges.
Prior to her fellowship training, Mansour worked at Genesys for 11 years as an emergency medicine physician.
Mansour is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the American Osteopathic Association and the Michigan Osteopathic Association.

Genesys Hillside Center provides outpatient mental health services for most behavioral and emotional issues for people of all ages. Licensed and certified mental health professionals — psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers and counselors — provide services for depression, anxiety, bipolar conditions, attention deficit and hyperactivity, stress and anger management, child and teen behavior problems, eating disorders, domestic violence, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, aging issues, divorce or blended family issues, sexual and physical abuse and more.
Genesys Hillside Center also offers an adolescent intensive outpatient program for adolescents ages 12 to 17 who need treatment for acute depression, behavioral problems, low self-esteem and other issues. The program also is for teens with acute psychiatric conditions that require daily, structured support and those discharged from an inpatient psychiatric setting who need intensive follow up.
